Succeeded in expanding revenue an average of 55% YOY, securing $1M line of credit and reducing A/R outstanding from 86 to 23 days. As Interim CFO/Controller, restructured accounting and finance department and launched a scalable framework. Created strategic plan; mapped workflows to expand the accounting / payroll function; recruited accounting/sales/admin teams; sourced financing for the expansion of operations; and developed a balanced scorecard for performance reviews.
